Resources & FAQs
Part of my job is helping you through the details during the process of buying and selling your home.
You should feel at ease asking my opinion on anything from who I would recommend for a home inspector or lawyer to how or when to transfer utilities and where to get home insurance.
My general rule is if there is anything you’re unsure of, don’t be afraid to ask! As a client, you normally only buy or sell a home two to five times in your lifetime, so you’re bound to have questions to refresh your memory on how things are handled. I’m here to help so don’t be afraid to ask and make sure you are comfortable with the process.
Below I have a few links which will help answer a few frequently asked questions. After years of working in the real estate industry, I’ve appreciated working closely with other professionals who make my job easier and do theirs well. Below are links to help you access services you may need after the purchase of sale of your new or used home.
Please note that these are my recommendations and that you are in no way required to use these services and you are always free to find other options.
1. Here are three certified and thorough home inspectors I recommend.

And once more, please don’t hesitate to call for any additional questions you may have. That’s what I am here for.
